How can we connect over 20,000 professionals who are part of The International Towers diverse community?
To do precisely that, we innovate a scalable digital estate management system that centralize the workplace services, also for visitors and friends of Barangaroo.
International Tower engaged us to design and develop their digital experience, which includes services such as: Developing an online portal for the entire community to interact with, implementing access management for the entire precinct, providing access permits for service partners, creating a mobile app for easy access to tenant services, integrating the platform with their security management system for tenant and service partner access and managing community engagement content.
User Experience Design
We've done an audit of their digital ecosystem and simplify the system architecture based on then end users.
Digital Design
internationaltowers.com was redesigned from the ground up and rebuilt within the Hubspot CMS. This helps International Towers to have good CRM and useful website.
Secondly we've redesigned their community portal "Partner Portal" from the ground up as well, where we have translated their current brand design from print into a refreshed digital brand guideline. The Interface Design for both the website and the app have won Good Design Award, more about that below.
Digital Development
Our team has developed the primary website and the portal with the latest enterprise grade technology stack. We have integrated with their incumbent security system to maintain data integrity for assets and people management. Quality Assurance
Our Q.A. team is always involved from the start of the project to understand the overall functional and technical requirements of the project. Managing and creating user stories to test when the development is ready for deployment.

42Interactive were delighted this month to receive not one, but two Good Design Awards, for our work with our amazing Partner International Towers, in recognition for our work on innovation and digital design.
The annual Good Design Awards is Australia’s most prestigious international Awards for design and innovation. The Awards celebrate the best new products and services on the Australian market, excellence in architectural design, engineering, fashion, digital and communication design and reward emerging areas of design strategy, social impact and design entrepreneurship.
“Australia’s Good Design Award is more than a symbol of design excellence, it represents the hard work and dedication towards innovative outcome that will ultimately improve our quality of life and our world.”
Dr. Brandon Gien, CEO of Good Design Australia said: “Receiving a Good Design Award at this level is a significant achievement given the very high calibre of entries received this year.”
“A combined digital service for operations between building management and business occupants. Much of the benefit of the app is that it uses native functionality (people’s phones) as authentication for various services (e.g. deliveries, entrance to secure carparks), and uses the website as a news and events portal. Nicely executed, with a modular navigation system (no doubt having to cater to different permission groups with different view/management permissions). The visual integrity of the site is strong, and an appropriately clean and professional aesthetic has been applied well. An app with great features and services,” Dr Glen added.
