InstacalmVR is our suite of VRelaxation products. The experience has been designed as a virtual guided imagery experience by our psychologists to give you a much quicker and deeper relaxation immersion than other cognitive mindfulness events.

There are 5 unique VR journeys you can experience using your VR headset.


The Balloon

One of the InstacalmVR relaxation training experiences is the balloon. You will find yourself in a room with a red balloon in front of you.

Synchronize your breathing to the balloon as it slows you will descend into a deeper and deeper relaxation. The experience is designed to help you increase the experience of your physical breathing.

The Candle

In one session you will find yourself in a dark room with a burning candle in front of you. Synchronize your breathing to the movement of the candle. This trains you to experience of the breath in mindful breathing.

The Glow Light

Our relaxation narration seamlessly leads you through the experience deepening your relaxation as you let go of you’re stress.

The Melting Shape

As you progress through our relaxation training program in InstacalmVR you will find our melting morphing shape. Follow our guided relaxation instructions. Relax and breathe. Inhale. Exhale.

Let your self go where the movement of the shape takes you. By this stage in our progressive training module, you will be master of your breathing and adept in relaxation.

The Lake House

The ‘lake house’ transports you immediately from the hustle-bustle of the city or the turmoil of daily life or your home to an idyllic and peaceful country location. Escape the lockdown, to the tranquility of your own lake.
